The 360 Travel Trends conference in Prague was scented with selected coffee from Czech Switzerland

Catering, especially coffee catering, is not usually what participants fondly remember at conferences after the event is over. We decided to change that, and we believe that we have largely succeeded. In the middle of February, Bohemian Coffee House got the opportunity to supply a brand new and very attractive conference on tourism called 360 Travel Trends with selected coffee. An offer that cannot be refused. And so, on Valentine's Day , we loaded a coffee machine, aprons, and the best beans into our coffee truck, which no one at home calls anything but Čenda, and set off from our picturesque, sleepy corner of the republic towards Prague stověžátá.

Petr Klymec, the organizer and mastermind of the entire conference, who, among other things, was nominated this year as a personality of the tourism industry of the Czech Republic (congratulations!). "Come, I'll show you where you can unpack your coffee marquee", said Petr in the bowels of Výstaviště Praha with a smile from ear to ear. "You'll only see the circus tomorrow", Jirka Sirotek, the court barista of our coffee gang, promptly responded. It was done in an hour. Stand in place, sails down and the coffee machine set up nicely to the side so everyone can see us rolling without our backs to the customers.

Of course, the best came when the gates of the parallel Holiday World trade fair opened the next morning and half a hundred delegates poured into the conference area. On the first day, she went to the espresso grinder Colombia with a slightly vinous acidity (as is known, the people of Prague, unlike the rest of the country, are already slowly drinking acidic or " sour " coffee , so we went straight to it) and she went to the Chemex for believers of the alternative earthier Indonesia . The next day, we made a cast and sent the nutty-chocolate Brazil for espresso and filtered the significantly fruitier Ethiopia through a Chemex. And the result? During the two conference days, we poured coffee from 5,000 grams of selected coffee into the visitors, i.e. approx. 3 shots per visitor (including tea drinkers)!

But absolutely unforgettable were the interactions with all the visitors on site, to whom we hereby thank! We were touched and excited again when we read the comments on Facebook and Instagram after returning to the Wild North. Messages like "the best coffee I've had in the Czech Republic at a conference" and " thanks for the great coffee, we're not used to that at conferences " touched even the biggest die-hard of our team, confectioner Jiřka.

Zuzka, the leading creator of our visual content, recorded the whole event with her camera lens. Here is a selection of the best.
