We roast our coffees at three levels by preparation method — light for filter, medium-dark for modern espresso, and dark for traditional espresso.
Filter · Light roast
Best for alternative methods such as AeroPress or V60. Highlights fruitiness, floral notes, and light acidity. Harder beans make espresso preparation more challenging.
Modern espresso · Medium-dark roast
Suitable for automatic coffee machines and alternative methods. More brittle beans extract more easily. Full body, gentler bitterness, and preserved bean character.
Traditional espresso · Dark roast
A deep, full profile with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and nuts. Full body, thick crema, and balanced strength and bitterness.
