Colombia is the second largest producer of coffee in the world and the largest producer of washed Arabica coffees. Like most Colombian specialty coffees, the flavor profile of our Supremo is characterized by a subtle vinous acidity that gradually flows into chocolate-caramel tones. Supremo is the term for the classification of the highest quality Colombian coffee with a grain size of 17/18 and a minimum proportion of defects. To prepare this Colombian coffee, we recommend a mocca pot, a dazzle or an espresso maker.
