Guatemala from Farms by Lake Atitlan

Běžná cena 295,00 Kč

In the heart of Guatemala, surrounded by volcanoes and picturesque villages, is Lake Atitlan. Its crystal clear water and majestic beauty captivate tourists from all over the world. But Atitlan hides another secret – coffee with a unique taste and soul.

Farms from Lake Atitlan spread out on the fertile slopes around the lake. Here, at an altitude of 1300 - 1950 meters above sea level, in extremely steep hills, coffee is grown with love and respect for tradition. Thanks to the specific microclimate and volcanic soil, the coffee beans mature slowly and thus acquire a rich and complex taste.

In addition to its exceptional taste, coffee from Lake Atitlan Farms also has other advantages. It is grown sustainably with respect to the environment and supports the local community.

The story of coffee from Lake Atitlan Farms is a story of love for the land, tradition and quality. It's a story about coffee that carries the soul of a magical lake and Guatemala.

Lake Atitlán coffee farms mainly come from a village called Pacoc, which is located right next to SanLucas Toliman on the way to Cerro de Oro.

The farming community consists of 100 local producers in the area. Another major contributor to this coffee is the producers living in San Andrés, a village in the southern part of the volcano.

This coffee is dark roasted and is perfect for preparing espresso and espresso drinks with milk. We also roast Guatemala coffee from Lake Atiltan light for the preparation of filtered coffee and more acidic espresso drinks.
